My first trip to Alaska was a monument of creativity. The lush massive green landscape was beautiful and dangereously alive. I had never seen a glacier before but had always dreamed of it. Walking with my Dadat this particular glacier is a special memory of mine. This painting explores the rugged landscape where the Matanuska Glacier carves its way to the sea.
