Whether you want an oyster class for your bachelorette weekend or a premier oyster bar for your wedding, HCOM is for you. HCOM also offers consulting for the hospitality industry. Why use Holy City Oyster Maven, LLC? Well, HCOM is owned and operated by South Carolina's only international and nationally ranked oyster shucker, Isabella Macbeth. Isabella has spent the last decade running some of the world's best oyster programs. She is a 7x South Carolina Shucking Champ, 3x US National Champ, ranked 4th Internationally for shucking, and 8th in the World for seafood chef by the World Seafood Chef Championship and the French Culinary Federation.
