Albertus and Nicollette Booysen, a South African couple, were on a mission to find good food in America. They tried the gluten-free Jalapeno Business burger and the Baseball steak with baked potato at the Hoof & Barrel. They fell head over heels in love with the place and now spend their days soaking up the Southern hospitality and serving the people of York the food they have come to love.
