Sakhar Jams is a women-owned preserves company in Columbia, South Carolina, founded by best friends Resh and Jess. We turn seasonal South Carolina fruit into preserves with Indian spices, teas, spirits, and our house-made vanilla. Sakhar means “sugar” in Marathi, a nod to Resh’s Indian roots. From Strawberry Prosecco to Apple Masala Chai, our flavors follow the harvest and belong wherever you’re cooking, baking, pouring, or spreading.
